Our journey in over a decade

The Bright Box started life in 2013 as a digital agency providing various digital services, with the emphasis on tailored solutions through allocation of dedicated teams with a well established development process.

Driven by personal motivation and desire, the company decided to predominantly focus on contributing to the medical industry through development of medical, data driven applications.

Recognizing the need to provide additional services within the industries of operation, The Bright Box branched out by providing medical coding, billing and AR services to assist medical clinics and hospital groups expedite processes due to COVID19 backlog, as well as property damage insurance claims management services.

As the volume of work grew, we recognized the need to expand into additional regions to be able to attract the most suitable talent for our team.

Currently located in Bitola and Skopje, North Macedonia, with over 60 employees, the company mission is to help businesses grow and meet their needs by providing tailored support through dedicated teams.

With over a decade of experience in industries such as healthcare, finance, insurance, automotive, and e-commerce, we have been providing our clients with dedicated teams to support them in software development, medical coding/billing and accounts receivable, property damage insurance claims management, administration, consulting, support and much more.
